STC Direct has been a client for over 10 years. Parish Resources assisted in moving the company from Colorado to Pennsylvania with foreign corporations in Delaware and New York. During this time we provided incorporation and dissolution services to ensure the business was compliant with all local governments.

Inspection Analytics utilizes the virtual administration feature offered by Parish Resources. On a daily basis, Parish Resources answers all incoming calls, interacting generously with current and potential customers. We complete all scheduling needs coordinating with inspectors, agents and clients, as well as maintaining current credentials. Parish Resources is also responsible for accounts receivable and payable, we well as financial reporting and tracking. Alpha Business Acquisitions
Parish Resources has enjoyed a partnership with Alpha Business Acquisitions since 2016. Parish Resources manages the financial reporting for both Kentucky locations and the Indiana branch. Parish Resources oversees the expansion into new territories by procuring proper insurance, funding, payroll services and business and local tax account set up and filings. Parish Resources handles all bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable and budgeting for all the locations while providing detailed weekly financial reporting. Parish Resources also ensured Alpha Business Acquisitions received full benefits and forgiveness for all PPP and ERTC programs.
